Being a live site with students present, project management was at the utmost importance on this project to ensure all safety precautions were in place and disruption was kept to a minimum. | Reddam Early Learning School, Lindfield Construction of a new outdoor play area including extensive decking, bridges and inground sandpits. | 6 Ocean View Ave, Dover Heights Strata and remedial works included: Replacing all balcony sliding doors and apartment/stairwell windows, installing all new cavity flashings above windows and doors, Balcony’s upgraded with sheet membrane WPM100 with 150mm wall up turn and tiled finish, and all communal area’s all upgraded. | 62-64 Edgecliff Rd, Woollahra Converting 2 Terrace houses into a practising school which is now Reddam House Woollahra. Works included: Complete new roof, Building 5 new Bathrooms, Building 8 new Classrooms, New external playground, Fire and compliance services upgrade. All works completed within the 12 week deadline. |
